For that reason, we offer a variety of pricing plans, programs, and other discounts to make your monthly fuel costs more manageable, especially during those cold New England winter months.
Our Heating Fuel Pricing Programs
Budget plans start on July 1 and run through June 30 of the following year.
Heating Oil Budget Plan
We offer a 12-month budget plan that spreads your estimated annual heating oil usage over 12, even monthly payments. Our estimates are based on your home’s heating history and the predicted fuel prices for the upcoming heating season. Enjoy the comfort of having predictable monthly fuel bills every month and avoid the dreaded winter bill spikes.
Cap Oil Budget Plan
Our Cap Oil Budget Plan works the same as our Heating Oil Budget Plan but also caps the price per gallon you will pay, no matter how high the daily market price per gallon gets. This plan also offers downside protection, which means that if the daily market rate is lower than your contracted cap price, you will always pay the lower price.
Heating Oil Discounts and Specials
Online Discount
Receive 4¢ off per gallon of oil when you order online through your Ken Duval Oil account.
Volume Discount
Receive 2¢ off per gallon of oil when you order 400 gallons of heating oil or more in a single transaction.
Refer-a-Friend Credit
Earn a $10 account credit toward your next delivery when a new customer places their first order and mentions you as their referral.
Fees
Delivery Fee (for fewer than 100 gallons): $45.00
Though Ken Duval doesn’t have an order minimum, we must charge a small fee for any delivery of fewer than 100 gallons of heating oil. We accept cash, money orders, or pre-charged credit cards for payment.
Priming Fee: $60.00
Priming is needed after a runout to safely remove air from the fuel lines so your heating system can restart properly. In the event you need a prime, the small fee covers this essential step. Avoid emergency runouts and sign up for automatic delivery!
