Due to the nature of the business and our efficient delivery area schedule, it is not possible to schedule a delivery time.

This is important to keep in mind if you plan on paying with cash. We accept a variety of payment methods, so you don’t have to be home to make a payment.

Yes, we accept Mastercard, Discover, and Visa.

Mastercard and Discover provide lower fees, and we pass the savings along to you. Visa’s fees are not as low, but we still accept it for your convenience.

No. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not have a minimum delivery requirement.

However, if your order is under 100 gallons or costs less than the price of 100 gallons, there is a $45 delivery fee. We keep our profit margin low to save you money, so without this fee, we’d lose money on smaller deliveries.

Payment must also be in the form of cash or a money order.

Yes. Request the date you wish to receive your delivery when you place your order. Please keep in mind if the delivery date is more than two days in the future, we will not be able to quote you a price.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to predict when fuel prices will increase or decrease. We purchase fuel based on the orders we receive, which means prices are set when you place your order, not when the fuel is delivered, and cannot be adjusted (our vendors will not adjust our price after we purchase fuel at a higher price).

During the winter months, if your delivery call is received before 5:00 a.m. and your town is scheduled for oil delivery that day, you will be automatically scheduled for delivery that same day, unless specified otherwise, at no additional charge. If your call is received after 5:00 a.m., same-day delivery charges may apply.

If you are completely out of fuel, you might require an emergency oil delivery. A good way to avoid a potential runout is by enrolling in automatic delivery.

A quick solution is to fill a portable fuel can with diesel fuel at the gas station to get you by until we can make your delivery. Diesel fuel is very similar to heating fuel, but there are more taxes on diesel fuel than heating fuel.

Unfortunately, we often experience an influx of delivery requests the few days leading up to a snowstorm, making it difficult to meet the needs of all our will-call customers.

Enroll in automatic delivery, so you’ll have peace of mind knowing you have enough fuel to last you through the storm and beyond.

Yes. Please clear the snow around your fill pipe, especially if it is low to the ground, or we get a large snowstorm. We also appreciate you clearing a path for our drivers, so they can do their jobs safely and quickly.
